How To Use:

  1. Insert in clean microwave and heat for 30-45 seconds. Do not overheat. Reheat from room temperature only.
  2. Once heated, let sit for ~30 seconds. Test temperature before use.
  3. To use as ice pack, freeze for 15-30 minutes.
