Redeem points for instant rewards which include cash discounts, free gifts & other exclusive privileges.
Members will gain access to a variety of exciting rewards which include instant purchase discounts, cash rewards, birthday specials as well as free services.
Redemption can be done in any of the following ways.
In-store: Make a request directly with our cashiering staff on duty. Redemption will be on the spot.
Online: Click the rewards tab on the right side of our homepage. As soon as a reward is clicked and redeemed, a voucher code will be generated. Copy and paste the code directly into the 'Promo Code' box during check out to enjoy the reward.
Tier & Point Balance:
If you have been an active member with us as of July 2019, you’ll be automatically included into the Inspired* Rewards Programme. You’ll be assigned a tier - either Member, VIP or Privy - and a list of benefits based on your retail store and online purchases made during the past 1 year.
Login via the rewards programme tab located on the right side of our website's homepage. Your updated points balance can be seen as soon as you log in.
Click on the rewards tab to view the rewards you have already redeemed for immediate or later use.
Click on the tiers tab to view the rewards you are eligible to redeem. With sufficient point balance in your account, you may proceed to click on the selected reward in the tiers tab to redeem the reward. After successful redemption, the redeemed reward will then appear in your list of rewards available for use in the rewards tab.
Do note that the rewards tab is not a summary of rewards that you can redeem for. It is a list of the rewards you have already used points to claim and available for your use. For additional rewards to be reflected in this rewards tab, please use your earned points to first make a redemption at the tiers tab.
Updates on point balance and rewards redeemed can be checked by logging in via the Rewards Programme icon located on the right side of our website's homepage. Email updates are also sent each time a purchase or reward redemption is made.
Do also ensure that your email preferences have been set up to accept updates from PaperMarket and that emails are not mistaken as spam.
There is no expiry to your membership and points however rewards need to be redeemed within 3 months. Inspired* points are non-transferrable nor exchangeable for cash.
PaperMarket reserves its rights to amend or update details pertaining to Inspired* Rewards Programme.
As a privy member, you have access to all rewards available to previous tiers. This means that all rewards listed under Member and VIP tiers are rewards available to you too. Do check on the respective tier tabs to view all rewards available.
1. Click on 'Refer a friend'.
2. Copy the link provided and share it with your friends.
3. Get your friend to fill up his/her name and email address. A 10% off discount code will be sent to their email.
4. When your friend creates an account and makes his/hers first purchase with the coupon code, 100 points will be added to your account.
Terms & Conditions:
- Points will be issued to the referrer's account automatically after each friend referral code has been used at www.papermarket.com.sg
- Coupon code(s) awarded cannot be exchanged for cash or other incentives
- If a new user has a referral code from multiple PaperMarket users, the coupon code will only be credited to the one account tied to referral link used by the new user during checkout
- PaperMarket reserves the right to disallow accounts from using the referral code if we notice any suspected fradulent activitivies
- PaperMarket reserves the rights to change, withdraw or discontinue the referral programme at anytime without prior notice
Inspired* Rewards redeemed are not exchangeable nor returnable. In cases of purchase returns, nett points earned will be automatically adjusted.
A note on our previous rewards programme.
Inspired* Rewards Programme offers more rewards for both in-store and online purchases. VIP membership in the Inspired* Rewards Programme depends on complete information provided previously and on recent purchase activity.
Therefore, not all previous VIP memberships will be automatically transferred to our new system. Members who have recently made a purchase online and created an account, would not be required to create an account again if the same email address was used for previous in-store purchases and online purchases.
Members who may not have provided email address details and/or used the same email address for online purchase as well as in-store purchases would need to create an account with us again. This extra step will ensure that all purchases in-store and online will henceforth be rewarded and be combined under one account.
In such a situation, it would be best to create a new account online with the email address you would be using actively. You may do so by clicking onto the rewards tab located on the right side of our website homepage.

Reward stamps issued in 2019/2020 may still be redeemed in-store till 30th September 2020. Thereafter, the previous rewards card will be officially retired.
